The Brooke Owens Fellowship brings together exceptional undergraduate students from around the world who are passionate about building careers in aerospace. Fellows join a lasting community of peers, mentors, and industry leaders, and receive opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and meaningful industry experience. Our goal is not only to support Fellows as they begin their careers, but to help them become the leaders who will shape the future of aerospace.

We designed this application to look beyond a traditional résumé or academic record. We believe talent and potential take many forms, and we want to understand your experiences, interests, perspectives, accomplishments, and aspirations. The application includes several components intended to give you different opportunities to show us who you are and what you might contribute to the Fellowship community and to the broader aerospace industry.
